Hierophant MEAD

MEADS - Considered an ancient beverage, Mead or honey wine is made by fermenting honey with water.  mead is sometimes flavored with fruits, spices, grains or hops.  like wine, mead is produced in a variety of sweetness levels, from bone dry to lusciously sweet.

 HIEROPHANT MEAD

This off-dry mead is infused with rose petals, fresh ground cardamom, 

and sun dried vanilla bean

    Gilead Balsam Poplar Mead  $23/750ml 12% ABV

light bodied, brightly acidic brings forward the smells of poplar trees in the summer.

    Chrysopeia Mead  $23/750ml 12% ABV

off dry and delicious!  This mead is true to its name which means “from gold”. 

    Matricaria Chamomile Mead  $23/750ml 12% ABV

Nose reveals a distinctly amplified honey presence, with apple and hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The body is smooth with bittersweet floral taste, and crisp, clean finish. 

    Lavender Citrus Mead  $23/750ml 12% ABV

Light, bright and floral, this mead exhibits the faintest touch of sweetness which brings out the floral lavender paired with two types of citrus zest
