Considered an ancient beverage, Mead or honey wine is made by fermenting honey with water. Mead is sometimes flavored with fruits, spices, grains or hops. Like wine, mead is produced in a variety of sweetness levels, from bone dry to lusciously sweet and can be still or sparkling.

This will give everyone a chance to learn the history of the producers and regions, as well as have a deeper learning about the wines you already love.
